Dried English Lavender Culinary Tin

Description

Our dried edible English lavender is trusted by many of the top bars and restaurants in New York City and carefully harvested from our most recent crop. Each tin is filled with fragrant Lavandula angustifolia flowers, prized for their naturally sweet flavor and soothing aroma.

Perfect for baking recipes that call for a gentle lavender note such as cookies, cakes, shortbread, syrups, and frostings, this versatile lavender also makes a wonderfully relaxing cup of lavender tea. It blends beautifully with green tea, chamomile, Earl Grey, and mint, adding floral depth without overpowering.

In addition to its culinary uses, English lavender is well known for its naturally soothing properties, making it a calming staple for both kitchen and tea cupboard.

Honey Lavender Popcorn

The jury is still out on this lavender because I haven't made the popcorn yet. I'm still infusing the honey. Preliminary tasting seems to have yielded good results.

Excellent

I really love the dried lavender bunches. I use it to make lavender sensory kits for children that I sell on Etsy.

So Starbucks came out with the lavender drink and I have to drink protein shakes and we know some of them do not taste good. so when I started drinking the lavender drinks I ask if they sold the power and they did not sale . So I did a lot of s searching and I wanted to make sure it was pure that I was putting in my body I ground it up and mix it in the blender and it tastes just the the Starbucks drinks . I was very happy I found it thank you ..

Culinary Lavender

I saw a recipe for lavender bread and it sounded so delicious that I had to purchase Culinary Lavender. Who better to get it from than Lavender By The Bay - grown and made right here on Long Island. I made my first loaf with it yesterday and it didn't disappoint. Absolutely delicious - and don't get me started on the heavenly scent as it was baking!

This is my second purchase of the Dried English Lavender Culinary Tin. I usually make chamomile lavender tea but I occasionally use it in my baking. Overall the quality is great! The online experience was so smooth and I received incredibly fast. I will definitely continue buying from Lavender by the Bay
